CAR-T Clinical Trial Bridge Bone Marrow Transplantation Make The Refractory B-ALL Patient into Disease Free condition in Lu Daopei Hospital

Four years ago, Junaid was a student in Pakistani Medical Science and he full of longings to medical. However, he was diagnosed with acute B lymphocytic leukemia in May 2014, and had to terminate his studies.

 He was treated locally for more than two years. In January 2018, systemic bone pain occurred again, and bone marrow examination showed that he got relapse.         On March 26, 2018, Junaid and his family came to China and admitted to the general hematology department of Lu Daopei hospital.            On June 25, 2018, director of BMT department-Dr. Yue Lu and Dr. Fang Xu’s medical team sibling BMT for Junaid. The donor for Junaid is his younger brother. on July 6, infused donor peripheral stem cell back to Junaid, after 17 days the white blood cells graft and he moved out of the laminar flow ward. After 24 days his bone marrow type is completely becoming donor’s bone marrow type. Review of the bone marrow residual report is negative, no transplant early stage related complications. On August 6^th 2018, Junaid discharged from hospital and start outpatient follow-up.

Junaid is RH negative blood type, it is rare blood type. He accepted "Lang Fang rare blood type alliance" free blood donation for many times during his hospitalization. Never appears shortage of blood infusion to him, Junaid and his family very appreciate the international center for doing all of these to Junaid.
