Lu Daopei Hospital has an International Center that provides personalized and culturally appropriate support starting from the initial correspondence until the day each patient returns home. Our goal is to make it easy for patients to focus on getting better and feeling well.
Medical Coordination
Our International Center will provide streamlined access and individual support for our international patients. We will work with patients and families to streamline administrative requirements, coordinate the complex process of treatments, and reduce worry and anxiety for each and every one of our patients.
Include:
• Medical Consultation Providing patients with a free specialist “Evaluation ” on treatment after reviewing
appropriate medical records.
• Offer cost estimation for the treatment plan.
• Help patients understand the treatment plan and coordinate doctors to follow up on the progress.
• Language support
• Medical reports’ collection and preparation
• Patient email and correspondence
• Offer invitation letter and other documents（medical/non-medical) if necessary.
• Providing assistance for scheduling appointments and registration.
• Tele-medical consultation
• Follow-ups with clinical and administrative staff
Language Assistance
Lu Daopei Hospital recognizes that the communication between the medical team and the patients has a significant effect on patient care. Therefore, we provide English language assistance for the patients whose preferred language is not Chinese-Mandarin, as well as other languages upon special request. Subject to availability.
Service Hours: 8:00a.m- 4:30p.m. During out-of-service hours, on-call interpreters are available for emergencies.
